This is a great spot to order takeout. They are quick and efficient. They can cut the duck regular chopped or peking style which is sliced and also buns, onions, and sauce. I've gotten both, but my favorite was the peking style for all the fixings. The duck was juicy, tender and the flavor was a perfect saltiness. They offer a variety of pre-packaged items as well, my favorite was the pickled lotus and seaweed. The crunch of the lotus root was so still there with that brininess from being pickled. It cut through eating multiple pieces of duck and just the fat coat that comes with that. We also ordered the liver, but would skip that for next time. This little strip mall has a lot of great spots like Torotea and Nini's bakery! Would recommend!

I wanted to gatekeep this place but if it ever went out of business it might actually be my 13th reason. The first time we came, it was near closing and they were sold out of duck. Which they sell out of every day. Well before closing. We now know to call ahead to reserve a table and preorder duck so it's saved for us. Service was great, super friendly, quick, attentive. The duck. My goodness. Not gamey, not overly fatty or rich. Not too salty. So juicy. The fried skin and bones are generously seasoned. Spicy, umami, crispy. The perfect beer food. Duck soup. Not sure how to describe this other than clear, hearty, and... refreshing? Which I wouldn't have expected from a duck broth. Excellent. Veggies. Order these at the counter, mix and match up to three per plate, as many plates as you'd like. Light, vinegary, perfectly complementary to the duck.

近幾年 北京烤鴨 Peking Duck 的價格跟著通貨膨脹一起水漲船高，成為中式餐桌上閃爍主角光芒的菜色，絲毫不輸給其它如龍蝦等各種高單價的高檔食材，如果沒有特別的要求或是重要聚餐幾乎不會看見烤鴨的身影，自己也記不得上次吃烤鴨的場合了。近期在東區 鑽石吧 Diamond Bar 開設這間專賣烤鴨與多種滷味涼菜小吃的餐廳開設後，又讓烤鴨回到一種較平易近人的美味，趁著到附近辦事時也造訪好幾次。 剛開幕沒多久時造訪，前台只有擺放涼菜的冰箱，加上為數不多的桌椅，雖然店面不大但整體感覺有些空曠，還好在食客們口耳相傳下生意也越來越好，之後再訪時已經有把烤好的烤鴨移到櫃台旁的加熱櫥窗展示，店裡頭也多了吸引目光的重心，櫥窗內油亮的烤鴨光是用視覺欣賞就是一種享受。 店裡頭除了主打的烤鴨外，也有各種滷味涼菜和麵食小吃，也有南京風格的鹹水鴨，滿足各方口味的需求。 附上完整的菜單內容，雖然價格比剛開幕的優惠價調漲了些，但還算是比較平易近人的價格來提供烤鴨的餐廳。 種類豐富的涼菜小吃也是這裡的一大賣點，隔著冰箱透明櫥窗往裡頭望去，餐盤上各種食材透露著讓人口水直流的光澤，彷彿還可以聞到香氣。 烤鴨三吃內容包括搭配蒜絲與荷葉薄餅的片皮鴨，也是烤鴨三吃帶來滿足用餐體驗最關鍵的一環，帶有脆度的鴨皮與皮下油脂的香氣，配上軟嫩多汁的肉質，直接吃或是包著餅皮配料一起入口都很美味。 荷葉餅香軟的口感適合搭配烤鴨但也特別薄，一不小心就會使用多張餅皮，建議可以多點幾份。 第二吃的鴨架炸得有點乾，肉質不算充沛但在重口味的調料加持下，慢慢啃食起來也是有滋有味，打包回家當作追劇或是欣賞刺激賽事轉播的佐餐小吃，配著帶有氣泡飲感的啤酒或是可樂都挺不錯的。 這裡的鴨架湯帶有濃郁的胡椒香氣，喝幾口就可以感覺到貫穿全身的暖意由口中逐漸擴散，跟以往吃過其它餐廳提供的鴨湯那種醇厚的口感不同，比較像是南京名吃鴨血粉絲湯的風味。 久違的烤鴨，比腦海中由以往吃過的烤鴨堆砌起來的風味更「秀氣」了些，沒有強烈濃郁的油香或是衝擊的食感，但吃起來還是有滋有味，讓人感受到烤鴨更加平易近人的風味。下回想要簡單品嚐烤鴨美味時，這裡仍是會選擇再訪的好地方。 在品嚐烤鴨外，更多時候來這是點些涼菜搭配主食，例如烤鴨便當或是湯粉，就是讓人吃飽滿足的一餐。 烤鴨餐盒的價格並不算低，配菜選擇就是涼菜中的素菜部份，配上白飯與鴨腿，份量絕對是足夠的。 少了酥皮口感的鴨腿吃來當然沒有片皮鴨的過癮感受，但附上整隻鴨腿還是可以感受到店家的誠意。 無論是肉類或是素食的涼菜小吃，整體調味上並不會如其它中式餐廳涼菜那般油膩或過度依賴麻辣調味，食材的口感與風味都不錯，特別適合在天氣漸熱時多點幾份涼菜小吃配著冰飲來度過。 如果是帶著評比的心情前來，這裡的烤鴨風味或許不會是最突出，但其足量的油香與豐美的口感，加上小店特有的輕鬆氣氛與親切服務，特別適合帶著一家大小前來，簡單純粹地透過烤鴨的美味來度過美好的時光。

無論是簡單的家常菜，還是精緻的佳餚，美食，都能為生活增添一份美好的滋味～ 御鴨紡，一家在 Diamond Bar 的小餐廳， 也已經開好一陣子了， 走進去品嚐， 鴨子真的做的很有水準， 好吃，價格也不貴，但小菜的部分對我而言， 覺得稍微鹹了一些， 吃完嘴巴很渴， 不過整體仍是不錯的好餐廳

3.5 stars Hidden in a strip mall, Duck Palace is a mom&pop Chinese restaurant that specializes in duck. May I elaborate as in the whole duck! They have the duck feet, tongue, legs, body, and whatever part you can think of. My family and I tried their duck bento, spicy pork belly cold dish, and spicy brisket rice noodles soup. My favorite was actually the rice noodle soup. The noodles were uniquely chewy in a good way. The duck was average, nothing more special than any other place. I think I enjoy Tasty Box's duck more. The spicy pork belly was decent too. Price is fair but since there's not a lot of traffic in this plaza, this places seems forgotten and the freshness of the cold dishes is to be questioned.

This is a hidden gem! If you love food with duck, u need to try this place! We ordered the roast duck combo, currently $68, with 1) Roast Duck 2) Duck soup, 3) crispy Duck bones. A really really good value!! The restaurant is small but spacious, servers are very nice, but can be more efficiency (food comes slow). 这可能是南加州能找到吃烤鸭最便宜的地方了！点了烤鸭三吃，原价$88，现在打折到$68，超级划算！！烤鸭片出来两片！味道非常好（和北京烤鸭有些许差别，可以忽略不计）。春饼12张，可以单加。黄瓜丝给的超大方！ 鸭汤的量也很足。椒盐鸭架特别柴，咬不动，有点失望，但调味是好吃的！ 凉菜有点贵，1磅要$12多，味道还可以。第一次贡菜，好脆！ 还有很多鸭货可以买，买了鸭脖，不辣！！哈哈，我一直在找不辣的，完美！能吃出来，很新鲜。 人员服务态度很友善，要是效率再高点就好了～ 店不大，感觉有三桌以上，就有点忙不过来。 总结来说，不挑剔用餐环境，单纯想吃烤鸭的，冲！！我以后馋鸭脖，也回来。

Came for Domino pizza but noticed a new restaurant, decided to try out, it was after lunch hour so it was empty no one at the counter but as I was browsing, person came to take the order. Although it wasn't easy to order because it was first time. So, wanted to try little bit of varieties. Best for that was bento sampler order. Roast duck bento. Came with white rice with black sesame seeds on top, Pieces of roast duck, and three seasoned preserved side dishes. Serving portions were pretty good, so decided to just have half but end up eating the whole thing because I couldn't stop, it was very flavorful & tasty. Will be back.

Found this little mom and pop shop in Diamond Bar that is known for their roasted duck. Make sure to call ahead and place an order to either eat there or take home. They do run out of roasted duck by dinner time. We made a reservation for a party of 4 at 6:30 and by the time we got there, there was only our duck left! There's about 8-10 tables in the whole restaurant. We ordered the Duck Meal that's a 3 way eat! Roasted duck with wrap, duck soup and fried duck legs and neck with cumin. The roasted duck was pretty good and it was nice and meaty. We also ordered a few noodle soup and some cold side dishes. The pig ear was delicious and it was freshly mixed with cucumber, cilantro, peanuts and garlic. The spicy intestine noodle soup was tastier than the spicy beef noodle soup. It felt a bit more peppery. I was hoping for it to be spicy, but it wasn't so I added more chili that was on the table. The whole meal was $216 after tax and tip, for the amount of food we ordered, it was decently priced in my opinion. The service was great, the lady in the front was very attentive. They seem to only speak mandarin. I would come back for either the pig ear cold dishes and the roasted duck. Don't get this place confuse because it is not Peking Duck like Ji Rong, the skin is not that nice crispy/crunchy skin. My only complain is that the bathroom smelled like someone's been smoking in there. Overall: Service: 10/10 Food: 9/10

Wonderful experience! Food is delicious! Service is great very attentive! This cute mom and pops place opened up recently and since my family was craving Peking duck, we came here to try it out and definitely was not disappointed! We got the Peking Duck 3 ways for the current promotion price of $68.80. The set comes with the standard roast Peking duck with 12 thin bings and condiments. The duck was delicious and portion size was great. We also got the duck soup with tofu as well as fried duck leg and neck. All of which were very authentic and tasty. Service was on point, the whole place was very clean. They also have a lot of cooked duck dishes for take out sold by weight. Everything looks very fresh. Highly recommend, we will be coming back soon.
